Vtg Antique Industrial OC White Era Floor Lamp Light Victorian Nickel Cast Iron

  

You're looking at a heavy-duty antique floor lamp in very good working condition and dating to approx the 1910s - 1930s. This one-off piece possesses a Victorian cast iron base with claw feet. This has traces of nickel plating though most has worn away revealing the cast iron beneath. The OC White arm also has a nickel wrist and early brass fitter connected to a porcelain enamel shade. Overall the patina of this lamp is very good with wear commensurate with age including marks, dings, finish loss, scuffs etc; which all add to the character and authenticity of the piece.

This item has been rewired using vintage-style black twisted cord and a new plug. Works perfectly and ready to be used. The length of the vertical post is 48.5" and the arm (including the shade) is 36". The cast iron base is 16" x 16" and the diameter of the shade is 8.
