The porcelain candle that covers the gas jet is fluted to complement both the candle cup it sits in and the ceiling canopy, which are also both ribbed/fluted. I collect gas candle covers, and I have never seen another one like this before. It has a few minor chips at the top rim. Because the glass has a matte, bisque finish, these are hard to notice even close up. The gas jet, while inactive, retains its original clay flame regulator tip.
It is very rare to see these intact. The scale of the fixture makes it ideal for a vestibule, foyer, or hallway application.
It measures 29 inches long and is 14 inches wide. I may be able to shorten the length a bit, if needed. The ceiling canopy measures 3.25 inches in diameter and may not fully cover all types of modern electrical boxes, though there are modern boxes out there that would be compatible with this size canopy. A medallion or adaptor may be needed, depending on the circumstances of your intended installation. All the necessary mounting hardware is included in the sale. A light bulb is not.
