Pair of antique Victorian, brass, two-arm Gasoliers (chandeliers). Now electric, each fixture holds two bulbs. Lamps are shown on a slanted ceiling at two different drops but can be modified to be at the same drop by modifying the brass extension pole and/or chain.
Four beautiful, matching, opalescent shades--likely original. Fixtures in Very Good condition with slight signs of wear/age. Brass appears treated/dipped to help prevent tarnish.Brass mounting canopies have paint along top edge. Shades in Very Good overall condition. Reflections appear in photos, no cracks. Two shades have fleabites on the inside edges of shade. Typical roughness and some nicks on inside (fitter).
Chain and mounting hardware as shown. Important: These are old fixtures. Fixtures were in use when taken down.
For safety, these fixtures should be checked out before installation/use. One fixture has a 25-1/2" long rod and the other has a 39-3/4" long rod.Bell and chain at top measure about another 7-1/8. Fixture itself (with shades) measures about 14" high (top filagree to bottom of shades) x 23" wide (shade to shade). Globes are about 4-1/2" wide x 4-1/2" high with 2-1/8 wide top opening.
